FAQ
HOW DO YOUR TRIALS/CONSULTATIONS WORK?
I conveniently travel to you. It generally takes about 3 hours to do your hair and makeup. It’s a great way to see if we’re a good fit and to see how how your makeup looks and feels throughout the day. I recommend to book your trial in the morning and about 1-3 months before your wedding.
WHERE DO I GET MY MAKEUP AND HAIR DONE?
I come you! By providing on-location services for my clients, they are able to relax without the additional stress of traveling for makeup or hair services.
CAN YOU TRAVEL TO OTHER HAWAIIAN ISLANDS?
Yes, I am able to travel to another island for your wedding. Any travel costs associated (airfare, ferry, taxi/rental car, lodging) must be covered by the client. We can discuss best cost saving options.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR YOU TO COMPLETE A SERVICE? For bride’s hair and makeup, I like to have 2.5 to 3 hours. For attendees, it generally takes about 45-55 minutes per person per service.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE LARGE BRIDAL PARTIES?
Starting in 2026, the maximum services I accept is bride plus two attendees. However, I can refer you out to other trusted teams or hair and makeup artists on island that can accommodate your request.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
A 20% deposit of your total wedding day services and a signed contract is required to reserve your wedding/event date. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARD AS PAYMENT?
Yes, you can pay via my online booking portal.
